Being straight with you

We’re at 4.3, not 5.0 — and we’d rather explain why than hope you don’t scroll.
The criticism is consistent, and it’s fair. John cuts fast, and a couple of customers who wanted a light trim on longer hair ended up shorter than they intended. That’s a communication gap, not a skill problem — and it’s a fixable one.
So here’s the fix, and it takes thirty seconds: show him a photo, say your guard number, and tell him the one thing you don’t want cut. If you’re growing your hair out, say “trim and clean-up only, scissors please” before he starts.
Do that and you’ll get exactly what you came for. Every time.
